How to: Incorporate Vintage furniture in your home

Vintage pieces can bring homely charm to any interior. If you haven't inherited a piece then there are now many Vintage fairs, suppliers or even eBay where you can find yourself a unique piece. If you can’t get hold of the real deal look to the high-street for vintage style alternatives.

Below we look at different examples of how you can mix your vintage pieces into your home.

Mix pattern and art

Mix modern art and patterns with key vintage pieces. A striking print can really help to consolidate a scheme within a room. If you are looking to introduce a vintage look through art then vintage film posters can be a great choice.

The above example has used modern prints to off set the vintage side chair and sideboard. A Vintage cabinet is the perfect centre piece for a montage wall. It’s a great platform for displaying your favourite glassware and ornaments
